Join us for a unique weekend of family fun and adventure, from pampering relaxation to raucous revelry, as heavenly meets history in a tale of two kingdoms.
Receive a royal welcome and indulge in the five star luxury of our Resort Hotel with all its creature comforts, as you settle in for the first night of your luxury escape. Wake up to a breakfast fit for a king the following morning, then enjoy an adrenaline pumping day of adventure activities, go exploring or simply soothe away your worries in our pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
By late afternoon you should be feeling suitably relaxed - ready for a trip back in time to bygone days as we transport you to the Middle Ages with a magical evening of medieval merriment.
You will be greeted to historic Caldicot Castle by the resident Knight, Lady of the Castle and the Surgeon to enjoy an array of authentic activities including archery and plenty of fun for all. Guests will then enjoy mead and wine, before settling down to a medieval feast in the castle’s impressive banqueting hall, complete with live entertainment from minstrels and musicians.
At the end of the evening you will bid farewell to the castle’s residents and return to The Celtic Manor Resort for a final night’s stay, before departing at your leisure the following day.
