The Crown at Whitebrook
Ambience
Just 5 miles from Monmouth in the beautiful Wye Valley and set in 5 acres of tranquil, landscaped gardens, The Crown at Whitebrook is a haven from the stresses of modern day life. As one of Wales' first ‘restaurants with rooms’ it offers eight luxurious bedrooms and a stylishly comfortable restaurant.
The restaurant itself is at the heart of the establishment and is one of only two in the whole of Wales to boast a coveted Michelin Star.
Style
Head Chef James Sommerin, masterfully combines original and complementary flavours which make up each dish. Fresh, and as much local produce as possible is used in creating a fine modern menu with classical French disciplines
